General Return & Exchange Policy

It's simple, we want you to love the products you buy from us. If there are any issues regarding your order, we will be glad assist you with your return without any hassle.

If you need to exchange or return an item, send us an email at info@wlashop.com to notify us of your exchange or return requests.

Once communication is established we will arrange to have your items replaced or returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Any returns or exchanges sent without our prior notification will not be accepted.

Our policy lasts 14 days after confirmation of delivery for a return or exchange request. 

Only items that have not been worn, washed, or damaged can be returned or exchanged.

Only regular priced items, made-to-order items, and pre-ordered items can be returned or exchanged.

Items on clearance or sale items can not be returned or exchanged.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the gift receiver, the gift receiver will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to the gift receiver.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to the gift receiver later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.

 

Return & Exchange Shipping Costs

Return shipping back to Wickliffe is complimentary and free of charge for all orders.

Return shipping costs for returns shipped back to Wickliffe without prior confirmation will not be refunded. 

Upon receiving your email request for a return or exchange, a shipping label will be provided for you to return your items via Fedex Express services.

If you are returning an item for a refund, once the returned item has been received and inspected the refund will be credited to your account of original method of purchase.

If you are exchanging an item, once the returned item is received your exchanged item will be shipped to you with complimentary shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

Returning Item(s) to Wickliffe

In order to create a pleasant shopping experience, please follow the return procedure below to expedite the processing of your return:

  • Contact us at info@wlashop.com to notify us of your return or exchange request with the subject line "RETURN REQUEST"
  • Once proper communication is established a return shipping label will be provided to you via email
  • Place the item(s) in the original shipping box or any other solid carton box
  • Close the box and tape it securely
  • Print out and apply the return label to the outside of your return package
    (If you do not have access to a printer, the helpful folks at your local FEDEX store will be able to assist you with printing out your return label. Simply show them the barcode for the return label that was emailed to you via your mobile phone/device)
  • Drop off box at your local FEDEX shipping center to have your return shipped back to us

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-7 of business days.

Processing time of your refund to your financial institution, or account, may vary. Please contact your financial institution to verify any inquiries regarding the delay of funds being credited back to your account.

A full refund of the purchase price will be made promptly upon receiving the return merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped within 14 days after confirmation of delivery.

No refund of the purchase price will be granted after 14 days after confirmation of delivery.

There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. A claim with the carrier must be file.

Items on clearance or sale items can not be returned or exchanged. 

 

Exchange Policy

Items are exchangeable into a different size and color, or item of equal or lesser value.

All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge.

Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item(s) for exchange to us and simply purchase the new piece separately.

If the requested style, size, or color is unavailable for exchange, the item(s) price amount will be credited to your credit card as a refund. Or, we can issue a Wickliffe Los Angeles giftcard to you for the return item(s) amount for a later purchase.

Sale items are non-exchangeable but can be returned for a full refund.

Your exchange item will be shipped to you upon receiving and approval of your returned item(s). Any difference of price will be adjusted to your original method of payment.

Once your return item(s) is received and approved, tracking information will be sent to you via email for your exchange item(s).

Only regular priced items and pre-ordered items can be returned or exchanged.

Items on clearance or sale items can not be returned or exchanged. 

  

Shipping Policy

    All orders receive complimentary standard/ground shipping via Fedex by default.

    You can also request for your order to be by any other carrier.

    All items are shipped with Delivery Confirmation/Tracking.

    A notification email with the tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped.

    Expect orders to arrive within 5-7 business days from ship date within the United States.

    Expedited shipping and insurance are available upon request at buyer's expense.

    Refunds will not be issued if your order is lost or stolen.

    Expect international orders to take as long as 1 to 4 weeks to arrive from ship date, depending on your location and  customs regulations.

    Duty and Import taxes are customer's responsibility.

       In-stock Items

      Our in-stock items are styles we produce in limited quantities.
      Make sure to order your favorite styles in your size today to ensure you get them right away.

      In-stock items will typically ship within 2-3 days from original order date.
      Payment will be charged immediately to ensure your order is processed right away.
      You will be notified via email when your order is ready to ship with tracking information provided.

       

      Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Items

      Never stress again about your size being in-stock, or having to search for your favorite items again. The best of our creative craftsmanship goes into our made-to-order & pre-order styles where we reserve the best materials and resources to produce the highest of quality of styles for you.

      Made-to-order and Pre-Order items typically will ship within 2-8 weeks from date order is placed.
      Made-to-order and Pre-Order items cannot be cancelled or refunded once order is placed.
      Payment will be charged immediately to ensure your order is processed to get your items to you at the earliest ship date.
      You will be notified via email when your order is ready to ship with tracking information provided.
      Any unexpected delays due to material delays & customs will be communicated immediately via email.
      Refunds will not be issued for unexpected delays, change of mind or sizing, or order cancellations once order is placed.
      Once your item's delivery is confirmed, made-to-order items will follow the standard return and refund policy listed in our store.
      Store credit will be issued for any unforeseen circumstances that arise due to material availability depletion and will be available for up to 1-year use in our online store only.
